Thank you for purchasing and booking an appointment with Salas Wellness LLC. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are available to assist.

Deposit:

All deposits are non-refundable.

*Non-refundable deposit calculation:*

• Total purchase amount – 90%
• $25.00 (whichever is higher)

Refunds:

• Request a refund at least 48 hours before the appointment date, minus the non-refundable deposit.
• If approved, you will be notified immediately.
• Refunds will be issued to your credit card or original payment method.
